The main selling point is the staff and service. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly and the food is also yummy and healthy. Location is also great as not far from NJP Station.The staff is highly courteous and friendly. A special mention to Shiwani and Rohan for helping me out.They take extra efforts to make me feel welcome. Rooms are very spacious, modern and updated.its a great place to stay.

Excellent Service

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Mount Embassy Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience

In one word..... Good and Clean rooms. Food is good. Service is exellent and staffs are very friendly, specially Mr. Sanjay is very close to my heart. This hotel is perfectly situated close to my working place. From here Airport and Railway station is very much approachable. I love to stay in this hotel
